I have read and agreed to the terms as outlined on this page. I understand that there will be no refunds granted once payment is issued and that deposit is non refundable but start date is transferrable. Balance is required after initial strategy call, prior to creation of website pages. If project exceeds 4 weeks from start date due to customer's actions or inactions, ex: not having deliverables, not communicating to provider, changing strategy or plan, then a monthly fee of $1111 will apply each month until provider has all the elements needed to complete the project. Extra fee will not apply if project is delayed due to Provider circumstances.
